Job Description

Develop and implement pricing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize cost structures.

Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to maintain a competitive edge.

Lead and mentor a team to ensure consistent delivery of pricing solutions.Establish pricing models based on data-driven insights and forecasts.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards within the insurance industry.

Drive strategic initiatives to enhance revenue and profitability.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Head Of Commercial Pricing Should Have

A strong background in pricing strategies and proposals, of at least 8 years and above.

Team leadership experience.

Extensive knowledge of pricing strategies within the insurance sector.

Proven leadership skills to manage and guide a team effectively.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Proficiency in using data analysis and forecasting tools.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
