Context and Environment
Your Impact
As a key contributor to the Maintenance Team, you will :
- Help develop and implement maintenance programs including preventive, corrective, condition-based, and reliability-centred maintenance strategies.
- Manage spare parts inventory and assist in troubleshooting technical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
- Input and maintain accurate maintenance data in SAP-CMMS, including job cards, failure codes, and historical logs.
- Assist in preparing and tracking maintenance budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor maintenance contracts, support vendor selection, and contribute to contract performance dashboards.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as equipment uptime, MTTR, MTBF, and budget adherence.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with data visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Candidate Profile
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science from a recognized university.0 to 2 years of experience in technical or engineering roles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with maintenance strategies and digital tools (e.g., SAP-CMMS).Good communication and teamwork skills.Willingness to work offshore and adapt to dynamic environments.Seniority level : Entry level
