Accounting Associate(Malaysia / Kuala Lumpur)

This role is based in Malaysia and will dedicate time to supporting U.S. accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work independently.

We are seeking a self-starting, detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team in Malaysia. This role supports U.S. accounting operations while contributing to our high-performance finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and process high volumes of vendor invoices and customer payments
• Reconciling bank and credit card transactions
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) entries in our ERP
• Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in vendor and customer accounts to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions
• Complete accounting processes and tasks in our workflow system
• Use Google Sheets to process reports and accounting records
• Track and report accounting efficiency and issues to management
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws
• Improve accounting processes and create new documentation
