We are representing one of our clients , a global leader in plastic manufacturing , specializing in blow molding and injection molding solutions .

Job Objective

  • Lead and manage multiple projects within budget and timeline while ensuring customer satisfaction .
  • Establish and maintain long-term cooperation with customers and suppliers .
  • Minimize risks, control costs, and enhance company profitability .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist the General Manager in defining company development strategies .
  • Manage new potential projects and supervise existing projects .
  • Oversee project execution from initiation to closure , ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery .
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Procurement, Quality, Logistics, Finance, HR) to align project plans with business objectives .
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers for smooth project execution.
  • Analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies .
  • Regularly report project status to senior management .
  • Address customer complaints and quality issues in collaboration with the QA team .
  • Supervise and train team members to enhance project management efficiency .
  • Manage financial and technical decision-making within the project scope .

    • Qualifications & Experience :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Project Management .
  • Certifications : PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred .
  • Experience : Minimum 10 years
  • Skills :
  • Familiar with component sourcing, machine assembly and automation.
  • Understanding of plastic processing and knowledge of plastic raw materials. Able to implement KANBAN.
  • Expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (R&D to mass production).

  • Ability to travel frequently( Globally)
