Assist the Store / Sales Manager in overseeing daily store operations and staff performance.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Manage visual merchandising, stock display, and product replenishment according to company guidelines.
Handle inventory control, stock takes, and loss prevention activities.
Support recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Prepare and present sales and performance reports to management.
Act as the person-in-charge in the absence of the Store / Branch Manager.
