Base pay range

This range is provided by SWEE SENG ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING SDN BHD. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow up with customers to close sales deals.
  • Prepare and create customized proposals and quotations for customers.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve post-sales issues and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Conduct site visits across Johor for sales or after-sales purposes.
  • Manage and maintain personal commission reports.
  • Provide regular sales updates and reports to the management team.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, and share insights with the team.
  • Support marketing activities, such as attending roadshows, events, or exhibitions if needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after project completion.
  • Assist in preparing presentations or product explanations during customer meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Sales Management, Technical Sales, Communication Skills, Lead Generation, Utilities / Power Industry Knowledge, Sales
  • Calculation skills (able to handle simple math for pricing and commission reports).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible; able to provide regular updates to supervisors.
  • Able to work independently and also thrive in a team environment.
  • Must be punctual and disciplined.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Willing to work full-time in Johor Bahru.
