Overview

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing site visits, taking accurate measurements, and preparing layout plans to ensure smooth project execution. You will work closely with the Sales teams to ensure all site requirements are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Visit client sites to take measurements and assess project requirements.
Prepare accurate layout plans after site visits.
Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure designs align with site conditions.
Communicate with clients regarding site specifications and adjustments.
Ensure all site work adheres to company standards and safety regulations.
Report progress and any site-related challenges to the management team.
Entitled to incentive for every project.

Requirements

Must have own transport to travel to client sites.

Experience in site supervision, construction, interior design, or a related field is a plus.

Basic knowledge of measurement tools and layout preparation.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
