Requirements

  • Proficient in mainstream video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
  • Skilled in using at lease on AI video tools, such as Runway, Descript, CapCut AI, Pika, or Synthesia.
  • Proven experience in producing brand videos, advertising creatives, and short-form social media content.
  • Familiar with social media video formats and current creative trends across platforms.
  • Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, capable of handling multilingual projects and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Possess strong visual aesthetics, sense of editing rhythm, and creative storytelling abilities

Kindly share your portfolio as per the following requirement :

  • At least 3 representative video editing works (advertising, corporate branding, or social media videos)
  • Projects that demonstrate your use of AI tools (e.g. Runway, Descript, Pika) are a plus
  • If any video includes bilingual versions or synchronized Mandarin-English subtitles, please specify
  • Provide accessible viewing links (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, Bilibili, TikTok, etc.).

    • Responsibilities

    Paid Ads Video Editing :

  • Create high-converting video ad creatives for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and Tik Tok.
  • Edit multiple versions of the same asset for A / B testing and optimization based on performance data.
  • Stay up to date with platform-specific ad specifications and best practices.

    • Corporate Video Production :

  • Edit and produce corporate videos such as brand proms, product explainers, and event highlights.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice.

    • Short-form Social Media Content :

  • Produce engaging short-form videos optimized for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
  • Capture trends and audience attention with fast-paced, creative storytelling.

    • AI Tools for Video Creation :

  • Utilize AI tools such as Runway ML, Descript, Pika, Synthesia, and CapCut AI to improve workflow and generate content faster.
  • Apply AI features like background removal, text-to-speech, and auto-captioning.

    • Collaboration & File Management :

  • Work closely with marketing, branding, social media, and content teams for multi-language video delivery.
  • Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure structured file naming / versioning.

    • Performance Optimization :

  • Use performance data from ad platforms to iterate and improve video content structure and messaging.
  • Suggest creative edits and adaptions based on viewer behaviour
