Job Description
- Manage the Commercial Banking products playbook, SOP, and P&P management. Collaborate closely with DCORO, RCU, and relevant parties.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, monitor product program performance reports, and conduct reviews.
- Prepare monthly Product Operations risk dashboards, working with relevant parties on data analysis, highlighting process performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement to senior management.
- Initiate process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency, utilizing data-driven insights to recommend enhancements and ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established processes and regulatory requirements.
- Support Commercial Banking product processes, procedures, system support, and complaint management related to products and processes.
- Ensure compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) guidelines, CIMB Group policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Assist sales teams with process and procedure support and respond promptly to their inquiries.
- Participate in Forward30 initiatives to support and drive CIMB's Forward30 aspirations.
- Undertake ad-hoc business initiatives and projects as required.
