Creative, data‑driven Digital Marketer to elevate KBBSteak’s online presence, drive customer engagement & increase foot traffic through effective digital campaigns, social media content and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Social Media Management : manage postings, build strong brand voice, create copywriting & captions, monitor community engagement.
- Content Creation : work with Creative team or shoot simple content; plan and produce product visuals, behind‑the‑scenes content, and short videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Performance Marketing : track ROI, CTR, CPC, conversions, foot traffic; plan promotions, new menu launches, and awareness campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting : track weekly / monthly social media and ads performance, analyze content, propose strategies to increase reach, engagement, reservations, and manage broadcast messages, CRM or email campaigns.
Requirements :
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.Experience running campaigns and analyzing data.Know how to create content calendars and reports.Familiar with content creation (shooting + editing simple videos).Knowledge of social media trends (IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).Basic design skills (plus).Additional Information
