Position : Analyst, Corporate Development at MRANTI

Job Summary

This role will drive collaboration across departments and engage with key stakeholders, including MOSTI, MOF, and other ministries, for reporting and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will contribute to strategic planning, market research, stakeholder engagement, and project management, while preparing presentations and reports to support decision-making. This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate projects efficiently to advance the organisation’s corporate development goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning Assistance – Support in developing and refining strategic plans / initiatives for the organisation\'s growth. Assist in analysing market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Support – Coordinate meetings and communications to ensure effective engagement with stakeholders. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Support efforts to manage change resulting from restructuring, including communication plans.
  • Presentation and Reporting – Aid in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external audiences, including MOSTI, MOF, and other ministries. Ensure accuracy and clarity in all communication materials.
  • Project Coordination – Support various projects within the Corporate Development unit, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project plans effectively.
  • Administrative Support – Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation and organising departmental activities. Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks as needed.
  • Continuous Learning and Development – Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies relevant to corporate development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or a related field.
  • Strong research and data analysis skills, with the ability to organise and present findings clearly.
  • Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles, with the ability to interpret financial reports and statements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet), with the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • High attention to detail with strong accuracy in data entry, documentation, and reporting.
  • Comfortable working with current technological tools and applications relevant to daily tasks.
