Job description

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing / equivalent.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales administration or sales support (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong passion for sales, aggressive and proactive in supporting sales activities.
  • Result-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask independently.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).
  • Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese as many customers are Chinese-speaking.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare quotation, invoice, delivery order, and other sales-related documents.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and provide timely feedback.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales orders.
  • Prepare sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations and accounts) to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in follow-up with customers to support sales closure.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation system.
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as required.

    Pay : RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
