Job Title : Business Development Manager – Reseller Network (SE Asia) Location : Malaysia (Remote) Start Date : Targeting mid-July 2025 About Us : We are a fast-growing technology solutions provider delivering Digital Transformation and Automation services to clients globally. As we expand our presence in Southeast Asia, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead the launch and growth of our reseller network across the region. The Role : This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on building a network of value-added reseller partners—businesses that already serve potential clients for our offerings and can integrate or resell our services to enhance their value proposition. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B relationship-building skills, a track record of channel / reseller recruitment and enablement, and deep familiarity with the Southeast Asian business landscape. Key Responsibilities : -Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to recruit, onboard, and grow a network of qualified reseller partners across Southeast Asia. -Identify and engage potential partners that serve target client segments and demonstrate alignment with our service offerings. -Negotiate and finalize reseller agreements in collaboration with legal and management teams. -Train and enable resellers with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to promote and sell our services. -Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to provide ongoing support and ensure partner success. -Track and report on partner performance metrics and drive initiatives to improve partner productivity and revenue contribution. -Attend regional trade shows, networking events, and conferences to promote the reseller program. Requirements : -5+ years in business development, channel sales, or partnership management, ideally in SaaS, IT, or professional services sectors. -Proven experience building and scaling reseller or channel partner programs in Southeast Asia. -Strong network of potential reseller partners in the region is a significant advantage. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. -Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and entrepreneurial spirit. -Fluent in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus. -Ability to travel regionally as required.
