Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead SAP BW / 4HANA Data Modeling & Development professional to lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP BW / 4HANA solutions. The role involves collaborating across teams to deliver scalable, high-performance data models and analytics solutions. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will oversee development activities, mentor team members, and ensure project alignment with business objectives while maintaining quality, efficiency, and innovation throughout the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of SAP BW / 4HANA data models .
• Act as the primary point of contact for SAP BW / 4HANA related activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into optimized data solutions.
• Oversee and guide the development team to ensure quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
• Engage with multiple cross-functional teams and provide strategic input for key technical decisions.
• Conduct performance tuning, optimization , and ensure system reliability and scalability.
• Drive knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team expertise in SAP BW / 4HANA.
