Overview
Content Creator (Videographer & Editor) for a Fitness Brand focuses on creating engaging video content and supporting marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop annual and monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns (Raya, Merdeka, Year-End, Fitness Events, Athlete Features).
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content primarily for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Cover OnTheGo events, athlete collaborations, and fitness community activities through high-energy video storytelling.
- Create thumb-stopping short-form content optimized for virality and shareability.
- Strategize campaign directions and messaging with the marketing team.
- Manage end-to-end video production, from ideation to shooting to editing.
- Stay updated with social media trends, TikTok algorithm shifts, and viral formats.
- Utilize editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or AI tools) to create polished and professional outputs.
- Assist in photography, simple graphic design, and other creative deliverables when required.
- Plan and execute TikTok / Instagram Live sessions. Candidates with talent as live hosts will be prioritized.
Requirements
Must have a background in content creation or videography (not business / management).Strong skills in video editing and production for social media.Familiarity with TikTok / Instagram trends.Basic knowledge of photography and graphic design is a plus.Creative, energetic, and able to deliver “thumb-stopping” content.Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce consistent, high-quality outputs.Must work in-office (no remote / flexible arrangement).Application Questions
