Responsibilities

Create detailed, comprehensive, and well‑structured test plans and test cases for our voice robots.
Identify, record, document, and track issues.
Maintain high‑level communication with the team on test results.
Be accountable for the final assessment of the voice bot and make sure of its qualifying before going live.
Continuously improve the testing sequence and process where possible.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent.

Ideally having 3 years of experience as QC in a fast‑paced agile environment.

Strong problem‑identification and solving skills.

Result oriented.

Collaborative and can multi‑task on a number of priorities.

Strong analytical thinking and good at task management with attention to detail.
