Job Description

The objective is to guarantee that all projects are completed within the specified time and budget constraints, meeting all requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, operations team, etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
• Planning : develop a detailed project plan to manage time, finances and materials and monitor progress to stay on schedule.
• Formwork Instructor Teams : supervise teams to ensure work is on time, within budget and meeting quality expectations.
• Setting Goals : communicate client goals to the team and ensure they are met, including performance and quality requirements.
• Meeting Deadlines : manage the project schedule with milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Staying on Budget : monitor costs, create accurate project estimates and track expenses to keep the project within budget.
• Updating Stakeholders : provide regular progress updates to the client, including schedule and budget status.
• Keeping the Peace : resolve conflicts to prevent schedule and budget impacts.
• Managing Risk : detect and address risks early to avoid impacts on schedule, budget or quality.
• And any other tasks assigned.
