Site Supervisor

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong people skills, be capable of handling both administrative and on-site supervisory responsibilities, and demonstrate a professional attitude towards client relations and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are carried out according to specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, invoices, and work progress reports.
  • Monitor and report site progress, addressing any issues or delays effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation for submission to clients or management office.
  • Support management in handling client queries and project meetings.
  • (Advantage) Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives to help secure new projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (or relevant field).
  • Proven experience in construction site supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (PR).
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting / administrative tools.
  • Ability to prepare quotations, invoices, and professional documents.
  • Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
  • Possession of own transport and willingness to travel to sites.
