About the role
As a Project Manager at AD Hexagon Enterprise, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects. Reporting to the senior management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects within the specified timeline, budget, and quality standards. This full-time position is based in Kajang, Selangor, and offers an opportunity to work on a diverse range of construction initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction and renovation projects from initiation to completion.
- Monitor project progress, schedule, and budget to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage site activities, manpower, and resources effectively.
- Prepare project reports, progress claims, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Identify and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with stakeholders.
What we're looking for
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management within the construction or renovation industry.Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and site management.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or relevant project management software.Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.What we offer
