Company Overview

We are a well-established paper products manufacturer with over 30 years of experience, producing notebooks, labels, and customised printed products for businesses and brands across Malaysia.

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and play an important role in preparing and creating designs that will be turned into real, tangible products used by thousands of people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and arrange artwork layouts before sending to printing and production.
  • Rework and update existing designs, including labels, packaging, and product layouts.
  • Design new labels or product artwork based on brand or client requirements.
  • Create artwork from scratch, using provided references or design briefs.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure files meet print specifications and deadlines.
  • Growth opportunity : Potential to be involved in marketing and social media designs as the role develops.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva).
  • Good attention to detail to prepare accurate and print-ready files.
  • Creative mindset and ability to follow references to produce clean, practical designs.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to work with production and other departments.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided.

    • Languages

  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage for liaising with suppliers and production teams.

  • Position Type : Full-Time, On-Site
  • Industry : Manufacturing / Printing / Paper Products
  • Working Days : Monday – Friday (Saturday half-day, if applicable)
  • Location : 17, Kajang Road, 10150 Georgetown, Penang
  • Salary Range : RM1,800 – RM2,200 (based on experience and skills)
