Retail Sales Supervisor

Team Management -Supervise, lead, and motivate promoter / shop assistance. -Provide guidance, training, and support to the team to ensure they perform at their best. -Monitor individual performance and provide feedback. -Conduct performance reviews and help in setting personal sales goals.
