Asset Management Executive

The Asset Management Executive's scope of work shall be as following :

• Responsible for administrative duties within the IT procurement and inventory management function.
• Maintains records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software.
• Minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking.
• Tracks quality throughout the product lifetime.
• Perform on-going asset inventory maintenance process, such as tracking, updating and reporting on desktop hardware Inventory and software licenses using IT Asset Inventory Tool. Manage procurement activity in compliance with Policy and guidelines.
• Managing IT vendors / partners contract renewals on timely manner.
• Onsite assistance for any asset tag related support requests (eg : sticker status verification).
• Provide monthly asset reports and annual inventory report containing Asset Tag, location, Department, equipment type, brand, model, serial number, CPU, RAM and Hard Disk information (applicable to desktop, servers, network appliances & laptop) & printers, date of purchase & warranty expiry date.
• Provide inventory report of software installed at all desktops, laptops and servers.
• Work closely with Generali compliance & procurement teams to complete any task deemed to be requirements to fulfill Generali asset management requirements.
• Perform any other related duties.

Pay : Up to RM3,100.00 per month
