Attract and communicate with potential candidates on various job opportunities in the company.

Screens candidates’ profiles through numerous channels such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc, and shortlist suitable candidates for interview sessions.

Schedules and coordinates candidates’ interview sessions in conjunction with hiring managers’ schedule availabilities.

Ensures that candidates’ documents and application forms are consistently completed and in place prior to their interview sessions.

Organize candidates’ details into internal system so that they can be retrieved quickly.

Schedule candidates\' interview sessions, be it face-to-face or via virtual Zoom sessions.

Assist in onboarding activities for new joiners.

Would be expected to have expanded responsibilities focussing on Talent Management strategy which includes Talent Development, L&D (Learning & Development) and Organizational Development.

Manage the entire recruitment process using current available system and other tools to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Perform any other assigned duties from time to time.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology or any related field, with at least 5 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition.

Creative sourcing approaches and a keen eye for screening candidates against job requirements.

Ability to work independently, quickly learn, adapt to different cultures / environments, and be confident.

Ability to liaise and engage professionally with hiring managers and senior leaders.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized and meticulous in planning and processing job requisitions.

Strong integrity and ownership to see tasks through to completion.

Additional languages other than English and Bahasa Malaysia are advantageous.
