Attract and communicate with potential candidates on various job opportunities in the company.
Screens candidates’ profiles through numerous channels such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc, and shortlist suitable candidates for interview sessions.
Schedules and coordinates candidates’ interview sessions in conjunction with hiring managers’ schedule availabilities.
Ensures that candidates’ documents and application forms are consistently completed and in place prior to their interview sessions.
Organize candidates’ details into internal system so that they can be retrieved quickly.
Schedule candidates\' interview sessions, be it face-to-face or via virtual Zoom sessions.
Assist in onboarding activities for new joiners.
Would be expected to have expanded responsibilities focussing on Talent Management strategy which includes Talent Development, L&D (Learning & Development) and Organizational Development.
Manage the entire recruitment process using current available system and other tools to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Perform any other assigned duties from time to time.
