Responsibilities
Sales & Targets
- Actively promote and sell company products / services
- Meet and exceed monthly & annual sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and customer segments
Customer Engagement
Build and maintain strong client relationshipsFollow up on leads, inquiries, and opportunitiesEnsure customer satisfaction and handle issues professionallyMarket & Product Knowledge
Understand product features, pricing, and benefitsMonitor market trends & competitor activitiesRecommend solutions to client challengesTeamwork & Reporting
Work closely with marketing, customer service & operations teamsPrepare sales reports, proposals & quotationsMaintain accurate records in CRM systemAttend sales meetings, training & eventsQualifications
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, (Science or Medical-related background is an added advantage).Possess own transport (if fieldwork or travel is required).Additional training or certification in sales, CRM, or customer service is an added advantage.2–3 years experience in sales, business development, or a related role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.Good presentation and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.Familiar with CRM systems (Zoho) and Microsoft Office.Able to work independently and in a team.Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.Good time management and organizational skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
