Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- To assist sourcing, engaging, and coordinating crews for sign on / off, E-ticket, LG etc.
- Prepare crew contract agreement and ensure crew read, agreed and sign before board vessel.
- Familiarize with SDPX system inside MARDEP for sign on crews, renew crew article, COR, and seaman Id application
- Ensuring all marine crew’s certificates and documents are ready, valid, updated, and full compliance with flag state, STCW and offshore
- To assist the compliance to company ISM system
- To assist to key in data for the crew safety passport application to any Client requirements ie Petronas Safety Passport etc.
- Waiting daily arrangement from manager to assist accordingly.
