Requirements
- SPM or equivalent education required
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- Knowledge of appropriate software including : Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities / Scopes
Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person, schedules meetings and supports visitors.Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office, cleanliness of the workstation / office, good function of office equipment and facilities.Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.Send / collect documents on adhoc basisNo politics, work life balanceWorking Hours
