IP Expert / Senior Specialist

Your Responsibilities

• Management of Intellectual Property (IP) related topics with a focus on invention harvesting and patent prosecution as well as exploitation / enforcement
• Review of IP and R&D related contracts
• Management of AT&S Trademarks
• Serve as a contact person for IP, providing support and knowledge transfer to departments
• Implementation and further development of IP related processes and procedures according to the IP-strategy
• Representation of AT&S vis-à-vis internal and external parties in all IP related aspects (inventors, customers, suppliers, partners, Business Units, funding agencies, patent attorneys etc.)
• IP-Analyses and SoA searches
