Job Description

The Senior Audit role involves leading audit engagements, managing fieldwork, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services to clients. The position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and review audit working papers and financial statements in accordance with accounting and auditing standards.
• Identify and evaluate areas of risk and provide recommendations to improve internal controls and operational efficiency.
• Supervise and coach junior auditors, providing guidance and on-the-job training.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address audit issues and ensure timely completion of engagements.
• Monitor audit progress, budgets, and deadlines to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Assist managers and partners in business development and client relationship management.
• Keep up to date with developments in accounting standards, audit methodology, and industry practices.
