Overview

TA coordinator from Ant Group | First-class honors from University of Malaya | PIDM scholarship holder

As a Sales excellent at Ant group, you will be working with a fast-paced innovative team, leveraging Salesforce as a driver of management for the organization. You will act as a key liaison between sales and other internal teams including but not limited to marketing, business service, middle office teams, driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, support business growth. Ideal candidates will be pro-active and results-driven individuals that effectively leverage Salesforce to collaborate with team members to get work done.

Responsibilities

Supporting 2-3 sales teams to drive business excellent.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and front-end Sales to understand their needs, and drive the needs to be implemented by co-working with internal Business Analyst team.
Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on how to drive sales uplift.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; recommend and implement improvements
Conduct training and awareness sessions to enhance understanding of sales process practices and their impact on business success.
Driving Salesforce adoption, promoting its benefits to the teams.
Creating and manage training documents and video.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above; 7+ years’ working experience, with sales or related roles (payments industry preferred).

Salesforce experience (Salesforce Administrator Certificate preferred).

Strong presence and communication skills.

Strong data analysis and data-driven problem solving capability.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Project management and prioritisation skills to make efficient, logical decisions in a rapidly changing environment.

Curious, with a strong desire to continually learn and evolve.
