Optimo records a consistent growth in profit and expansion since then. These leads to new opportunity with creation of new brands namely Optimum, Senses, Vie Cosmetics, Aqua+ Series, Purewax, Basic-Online Shopping and Advertising Outsource. We sold over 30,000 pieces of merchandise weekly which generates over RM 50 million sales per annum.
Today, we have over 40 branches and over 1000 creditable sales force nationwide in all the major cities in East and West Malaysia. In this 25 years of tremendous growth in Malaysia pushes our commitment to further expand into more categories and creating more brand diversion in the future.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Plan and Coordinate Booth Sales Events – Handle end-to-end planning for events, roadshows, bazaars, and pop-up booths.
- Liaise with Organizers and Vendors – Communicate with event organizers, mall management, and external parties to secure strategic booth spaces.
- Identify Strategic Locations – Research and propose high-traffic areas suitable for brand visibility and sales, including potential entry to retail chains like Watsons.
- Negotiate Booth & Event Deals – Manage negotiations for booth rental rates, event terms, and partnership opportunities.
- Oversee On-Ground Setup and Operations – Ensure smooth booth setup, staffing, branding material, and customer flow during events.
- Track Sales and Performance – Monitor and report on booth sales performance, customer feedback, and stock movement during events.
- Coordinate with Internal Teams – Work with marketing and sales teams to align event strategies, promotions, and product highlights.
- Maintain a Calendar of Upcoming Events – Keep track of event opportunities and prepare ahead for all required approvals and arrangements.
- Assist with Entry to Retail Chains (e.g. Watsons) – Support efforts to approach, pitch, and coordinate product placement in retail stores.
