Job description for an Information Technology Service Management professional at Net2Source (N2S).

Responsibilities

  • Apply ITIL framework and ITSM best practices to deliver service management outcomes.
  • Use ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar to support processes and workflows.
  • Analyze incidents and problems to support resolution and drive continual improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a global environment with attention to detail.
  • Support service reporting and performance analysis to monitor and improve service delivery.
  • Ensure service governance and compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications
