Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Understand client business across different streams and map the usage of SAP modules to each of their business processes at a high level.
• Report weekly and monthly progress on team operational performance.
• Liaise with support team for operational topics and enhancements.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on complex issues and Change Requests.
• Address ad-hoc queries from the client at a business process level or technical level independently across SAP functional modules.
• Manage stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication to address their issues and keep them updated on related IT matters.
• Guide the support team on a day-to-day basis ensuring quality deliverables within defined SLAs.
• Track and manage escalations effectively, ensuring smooth closure of incidents.
• Responsible for the end-to-end management of all IT major incidents.
