Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in handling full sets of accounts. Experience in the F&B or retail industry is highly preferred.
- Proficient in SQL accounting software and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of Malaysian financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Membership in a professional accounting body (e.g., MIA, ACCA) is an advantage.
- Skills Required : Financial Analysis and Client Relationship Management.
Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts and ensure smooth and timely month-end closing.Prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheet schedules, and management reports.Perform monthly reconciliations (bank, creditor, intercompany) and ensure accuracy of records.Process vendor payments and handle daily operational accounting tasks.Assist in cash flow planning, fund allocation, and monitoring.Support financial forecasting and annual budgeting processes.Prepare audit schedules, tax computations, and CP204 tax estimates.Ensure timely submission of statutory reports (e.g., SST, tax filings, financial reports).Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretary on account and compliance matters.Perform ad-hoc duties and financial analysis as required.Benefits
