Activités / Responsabilités

Lead the development and implementation of structured maintenance programs including Preventive, Corrective, Condition-Based, and Reliability-Centred Maintenance.

Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., PPGUA, DOSH, OSRMS) and internal HSE policies.

Manage maintenance data and job cards in SAP-CMMS, ensuring accuracy and traceability.

Monitor and optimize spare parts inventory to support uninterrupted operations.

Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Support contractor management, from selection and negotiation to performance monitoring.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as equipment uptime, MTTR, and budget adherence.

Compile monthly and quarterly reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to succession planning and team development.

Profil du candidat / Qualifications

A Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.

Minimum 15 years of experience in maintenance engineering.

Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of offshore maintenance practices.

Familiarity with SAP-CMMS and maintenance planning tools.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.

A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
