Review, classify and / or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels Understand and stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team Serve as an advocate for the user community Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve quality and efficiency Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for role development Engage in conversations around socially sensitive topics to help keep communities safe Qualifications

Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills Excellent comprehension, communication, and Mandarin skills (Traditional & Simplified) Ability to perform duties objectively, in line with client policies Strong attention to detail Ability to synthesize and analyze information from multiple streams Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills Deep familiarity with the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture Awareness of political and social contexts relevant to the market and region Ability to work well individually and as part of a team Willingness to work different rotations / shifts and non-standard hours Flexibility to meet changing business needs in a fast-paced environment Commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness Previous BPO, customer service, or content moderation experience is a plus Job Details
