Monday : Morning, Afternoon
Tuesday : Morning, Afternoon
Wednesday : Morning, Afternoon
Thursday : Morning, Afternoon
Friday : Morning, Afternoon
Expected salary : RM3,000 - RM4,000 per month

What you'll be doing

Manage Product Listing : Operate, Set

Up, Upload and Optimize at online platform (shopee, tiktok, lazada, webstore and etc).

Manage Content : Craft and edit compelling at online platforms & social media

channels (capcut, canva, instagram, tiktok and etc).

E-commerce Jack-of-All-Trades : Response customer inquiries at various

platform (online & offline), related paperwork (data entry, filing & documentation), manage warehouse operation (process orders, inventory & fulfilment), reports and ad-hoc task when assigned.

Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing effective

solutions What we're looking for

Fresh Graduate / Internship are welcomed to apply

Education : Minimum SPM qualifications.

Required Language(s) : Chinese, English and BM

Key Traits : Initiative, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, creative

and able to work independently, multitask and meet deadlines

Personal Qualities : Willing to learn, loyal, hardworking, integrity and GRIT

Training Provided with experienced mentor

Advantage if have 1-2 years of experience in Content Creator or Host

Livestreams or Canva or Adobe or E-commerce Assistant or Retail Sales & Services

Foundation / Diploma / Degree in Creative Design & Multimedia, Digital Marketing,

E-Commerce, Chinese Language & Communication, Business Admin, Retail Sales & Services, Nursing, Healthcare related or equivalent

Skilled Web Savvy : Canva, MS office, e-commerce, marketing, content writing,

etc
