Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Representative. You’ll handle customer support and sales-related tasks while working closely with advertisers on a leading social media platform.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support via chat, email, calls, and instant messaging
  • Handle advertising inquiries and troubleshoot issues
  • Guide clients on advertising best practices and product features
  • Conduct outreach to promote advertising opportunities (80+ daily interactions)
  • Help advertisers optimize performance and grow their ad spend
  • Work with internal teams to improve processes and service delivery

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or sales (cross-selling / upselling is a plus)
  • Good understanding of social media platforms
  • Comfortable using Microsoft and Google tools
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written), Fluent in Vietnamese (spoken & written) OR Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (spoken & written)
