Responsibilities
Ensure sales team regularly updates the CRM system with accurate lead and deal data.
Assist in updating CRM based on direct follow-ups with sales reps.
Maintain CRM data integrity and completeness.
Schedule and coordinate sales meetings with the CMO and Sales Heads.
Track and follow up on action items from meetings.
Reporting & Executive Summaries : Prepare concise executive summaries and action trackers for CMO; highlight key deals, bottlenecks, and lead progress; remind sales team to follow up on important leads; analyse CRM data to identify deals that require more attention.
Strategic Sales Support : Monitor progress on high-value deals and ensure follow-through; support ad hoc sales campaigns and commercial initiatives.
Reporting & Executive Summaries

Highlight key deals, bottlenecks, and lead progress.
Remind sales team to follow up on important leads.

Preferred Experience
2–5 years in sales operations, CRM support, or commercial coordination roles.
Experience working closely with sales or commercial leadership teams.
Specific Skills
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Analytical thinking and ability to derive insights from CRM data.
Discreet with confidential and strategic information.
