What You'll Do

• Technical Consultation : Collaborate with sales teams and customers to provide expert technical advice on IT solutions, infrastructure, cloud, Kubernetes (K8s), and applications.
• POC & Benchmarking : Lead Proof of Concept (POC) and benchmarking tests to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and expectations.
• Solution Strategy : Guide enterprise account teams on designing and proposing tailored solutions that address customer needs.
• Customer Success : Troubleshoot and resolve technical performance issues to exceed customer satisfaction goals.
• Innovation & Collaboration : Stay ahead of IT trends (public cloud, AI, K8s) and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
• Travel Opportunities : Engage directly with customers by visiting their sites to provide hands-on technical expertise and consultation.
