We are expanding our team and looking for a Retail Executive who is passionate about customer service, retail operations, and creating a vibrant in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily retail and arcade operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and floor assignments.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or feedback professionally.
• Support merchandising, stock management, and visual display upkeep.
• Assist in sales tracking, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for in-store events and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and brand standards within the arcade.
• Train and motivate team members to deliver high-quality service and meet sales targets.
