We’re looking for a visionary Head of Marketing to build, lead, and scale a high-impact marketing function that drives real business growth across APAC and beyond. In this role, you won’t just be running campaigns — you’ll be setting the direction, owning the narrative, and turning strategy into measurable results across every stage of the funnel.

You’ll be responsible for shaping how our brand is perceived, how our story is told, and how we connect with key audiences — from investors and enterprise clients to tech partners and the broader industry. Your work will directly impact brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.

This is a senior leadership role where you’ll report directly to the C-suite and serve as a strategic advisor on all things marketing. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Partnerships to align go-to-market efforts, scale our presence in key markets, and position us as a category leader in the fintech / SaaS / B2B space.

Requirements

What You’ll Own

Lead the full-stack marketing strategy, from brand to demand generation, across multiple regions and verticals.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and market entries (SEA, APAC, or global).

Oversee content, performance marketing, product marketing, social, events, and communications.

Drive qualified leads and pipeline by aligning closely with Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams.

Build and coach a high-performing in-house marketing team and manage agency partners as needed.

Own the marketing tech stack, data tracking, and reporting to ensure marketing impact is measurable and scalable.

Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to position the brand as a category leader.

What You Bring

8+ years in marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role within fintech, SaaS, payments, or B2B tech.

Proven experience launching GTM campaigns across APAC or emerging markets.

Strong understanding of B2B funnels, marketing ops, and full-funnel digital strategy.

Experience scaling growth via paid performance, SEO / SEM, ABM, email automation, and content marketing.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Bonus : Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Segment, and Notion.
