The Impact You’ll Make

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Website Operations Specialist to join our Corporate Communications team.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations of Lam’s global corporate websites, including content updates, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure that best practices are followed and that the website adheres to brand guidelines.
• Creatively collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate the creation of compelling web experiences designed to engage users and deliver key functionality, always on time and on budget.
• Ensure that the website meets company requirements for security, privacy, and accessibility.
• Monitor website analytics and generate reports to track performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for website development, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Assist in the planning and execution of website projects, including redesigns, migrations, and new feature implementations.
• Keep up to date with industry best practices, especially for user experiences and WebOps.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure content accuracy in other languages.
