Company Background Ouji Seiyaku (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a dynamic player in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, is also the proud owner of brands like Dynamo, Fab, and Walch. Key Responsibilities -Manage and grow online sales performance across platforms. (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) -Develop and implement ecommerce strategies aligned with business goals and marketing calendars. -Lead promotional planning, pricing strategies, and campaign execution. -Optimize product listings, SEO, content, and user experience on e-marketplaces. -Monitor and analyze ecommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, ROI, etc.) and report performance insights to management. -Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, sales) to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment. -Manage relationships with platform account managers and key ecommerce partners. -Keep up to date with ecommerce trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.   • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field. -2+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in the FMCG or beauty / personal care sector. -Strong understanding of Lazada Seller Center and other major e-commerce platforms. -Experience in campaign planning, store content management, and promotional execution. -Proficient in Excel and data analysis; familiar with reporting tools and KPIs. -Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. -Proactive, data-driven, and capable of working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
