Job Description

  • Oversee the end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies across all financial reporting tasks.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support audit processes and resolve queries.
  • Maintain an updated understanding of relevant financial regulations and implement necessary changes.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects and reporting requests.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and Record-to-Report processes.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive attitude towards process improvements and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to work with diverse teams.
