Job description

Requirements

  • MANDARIN writing / speaking is necessary.
  • Must possess minimum SPM LEVEL or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of using computer, eg : Microsoft office.
  • Pleasant personality with good working ethics.
  • With some working experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Daily administrative work function involved in Production or Inventory division.
  • Follow up and monitoring on work flow.
  • Manage filing, invoicing, good return consignment & etc.
  • Quality control and customer service orientated.
  • Any other administrative matters assigned by the Head of Dept.
