This role involves working in the production testing area for power semiconductor chips, requiring a deep understanding of testing solutions, processes, and technologies. Responsibilities include analyzing testing problems, implementing testing solutions, expanding capacity, investigating quality issues, collaborating on quality and efficiency improvements, and supporting daily hardware / software maintenance.

Qualifications include a BS or higher in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related fields, 3+ years of experience, knowledge of analog / digital circuits, programming skills in C, and good communication skills in Mandarin and English. Willingness to travel within China and internationally is required. Experience in power IC testing is a plus.
