Job description

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or technical sales roles.
Experience in B2B sales within the engineering or industrial sector.
Prior experience working with distributors, OEMs, or system integrators.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of CAD software or other engineering tools is a plus.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry (e.g., manufacturing, automation, industrial equipment, etc.).
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills.
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them to customers.
Strong Problem-solving Skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Work location : Oasis Square, Ara Damansara.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.

Deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase product benefits.

Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to offer customized solutions.

Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients.

Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting and technical assistance.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
