Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management, ideally at Manufacturer Distributor Level Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Technical and Product knowledge at high level

Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare, execute and achieve the strategic sales and marketing plan that is in-lined with MPlan for all product lines and territories.
- Identify, analyze and appoint dealers and distributors in potential territories that will enhance the sales of all commercial vehicle products of various brands.
- Assist, support, motivate and develop all appointed dealers and distributors in promoting all commercial vehicle brands.
- Manage the marketing activities that enhances the branding of all commercial vehicle brands.
- Prepare and execute advertisement and promotional programs periodically.
- Gather & analyze market intelligence and monitor competitors sales and marketing plan.
- Other duties and responsibility assigned by immediate superior and higher management.
- Responsible for Environment, Safety and Health to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, whilst complying with local legal requirements.
