What You’ll Do

  • Provide world-class support to customers and partners via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle inquiries for a wide range of products – Hotels, Flights, Activities, and more.
  • Take ownership of customer concerns including operational, pricing, and booking issues.
  • Support customers from Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China with professionalism and empathy.
  • Meet individual KPIs and team goals while ensuring service excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and share with leaders.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Strong command of English & Mandarin (Cantonese is a big plus).
  • Positive, detail-oriented, responsible, and ethical personality.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
