Job description

Requirements

  • Qualification with at least SPM / STPM or Diploma in any field
  • Preferably with 1 year experience in sales, and preferably in the sign-making, printing or media advertising industry.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to customer's place around Klang Valley.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and / or Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Mandarin will be advantages
  • Good in customer service, sales skills, presentation and negotiation skills, able to work independently, a proven team player, result oriented, highly motivated and proactive
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

Responsibilities

  • Source and contacting of new potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Handling customer enquiries, promptly and professionally answering their enquiries, listening to their requirements and present appropriately to close deals.
  • Preparing and sending with detailed and accurate quotation to customers and follow up.
  • Negotiate with customers effectively and strategically align efforts towards achieving sales targets.
  • Preparing reports for monthly meeting regarding sales targets, strategies, data and boosting sales.
